A grand opening ceremony was held mid July 2011 for the
Long Beach Airport Parking Structure. The Structure was
successfully completed four months ahead of schedule. Delivered
to the airport in July 2011, the five-level parking structure
includes 1,989 parking spaces, a 247- space surface parking lot
and four elevators.

ARB Structures, Inc. To build 2nd parking garage for Hines in San Diego
ARB Structures is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract to build an eight level parking garage in the La Jolla Village/UTC area of San Diego for Hines LLC. This 157,000 square foot parking facility will be built in conjunction with the new office tower on the La Jolla Commons campus as part of their phase two revitalization plan. LPL Financial Services has already leased the new office tower, in one of the largest leases on record in San Diego
The new parking facility is a 483 parking stalls expansion of the existing parking facility and be LEED certified. This will be the second parking structure ARB Structures has built for Hines. The first being the original eight level parking facility on the La Jolla Commons campus featuring 1,497 stalls, GEN2 glass-backed elevators and roof top fabric shade structures that can be seen from the I-805 freeway.
ARB broke ground in August with a completion date scheduled for April 2013.

Pauley Pavilion Renovation & Expansion – Los Angeles, CA
Structural concrete scope of the renovation and expansion of
the Pauley
Pavilion, a multi-purpose arena
at UCLA. The project consists of new
construction, renovation, and seismic upgrade including a
two-story
subterranean building addition.
Mercado del Barrio Mixed Use Center – San Diego, CA
ARB Structures will perform the structural concrete work on the
Mercado
del Barrio project, a
residential/retail development, spread over two city
blocks. Work consists of a three-story, 209 stall wrap-around
podium
deck with a high bay parking
structure.
ARB Structures completes parking garage for the revamped Pacific Arts Plaza
ARB Structures has put the finishing touches on a new parking facility built for the Irvine Company’s recent acquisition, the Pacific Arts Plaza. Located at the entrance to South Coast’s Theatre and Arts District and adjacent to South Coast Plaza, the new parking structure boasts 353 parking stalls on two levels, new landscaping and sleek architectural finishes.
Completed within an extremely tight 4.5 month schedule and minimal impacts to ongoing tenant operations, this marks the first parking structure ARB has built for the renowned Irvine Company since the 1980’s. Known for its award-winning, master-planned communities and high quality investment properties; this parking facility was an integral part of the vast amenities package companies have come to expect from Irvine Company properties.
