The safety and health of our employees is our first priority. ARB believes that all accident and long-term exposure risks can be prevented; our certified safety professionals have dedicated resources to achieving an injury and illness free workplace.

Our dedicated safety personnel work with our job sites to, create a safe environment, identify and eliminate hazards, and communicate the latest safety information through training. We remain current on federal and state occupational safety and health regulations and our safety staff researches and facilitate implementing the latest safety equipment.

Our commitment to safety has enabled several of ARB's operating units to frequently record an injury rate of zero. This achievement is one of the key measures of performance in our ongoing commitment to safety.
