ARB Structures, Inc. is an award-winning specialist in clear-span, cast-in-place, concrete parking structures and complex, structural concrete installations. We are one of the few specialty contractors in Southern California that self-performs all form, place and finish work with our own crews and equipment, including a proprietary aluminum beam form system. Our personnel have the product specific experience to deliver projects on a design-build or traditional bid basis while providing tried and true methods of design and construction, resulting in efficient parking structures that are cost-effective to maintain.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on February 8th, 2010 for the Kaiser South Bay Parking Structure, a 5-level, 250,000 square foot, design-build parking structure with 750 parking spaces in Harbor City, CA.

A grand opening ceremony was held on February 3rd, 2010 for the Scripps Green Parking Structure, a 4-level (1 below grade), 255,055 square foot design-build parking structure totaling 797 stalls for Scripps Health at Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego, CA.

ARB Structures, Inc. was recognized at the 2009 Los Angeles Architectural Awards for the Santa Monica Civic Center Parking Structure. The structure was honored as a New Building winner in the Civic category at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on May 28, 2009.

Long Beach Airport Parking Structure – Long Beach, CA
    5-level, cast-in-place 722,800 square foot design-build parking structure
    with 2,224 stalls at the Long Beach Airport.

Pauley Pavilion Renovation & Expansion – Los Angeles, CA
    Structural concrete scope of the renovation and expansion of the Pauley
    Pavilion, a multi-purpose arena at UCLA. The project consists of new
    construction, renovation, and seismic upgrade including a two-story
    subterranean building addition.

Scripps Green Parking Structure – San Diego, CA
    4-level (1 below grade), 255,055 square foot design-build parking
    structure totaling 797 stalls for Scripps Health at Scripps Green Hospital.

Cal State University San Marcos Parking Structure – San Marcos, CA
   6-level, 490,866 square foot parking structure totaling 1,635 stalls on the
   CSU San Marcos campus.
