University, Northridge Parking Structure II, Lot B3 - Northridge,
California ARB constructed this 683,000-square foot, 6-level $18 Million parking structure and adjoining surface parking lot that will accommodate over 2,200 vehicles. The new facility rests in the heart of the CSUN campus and will border neighboring residential communities, both facts that offer a number of unique logistical challenges. Extensive communication and scheduling ensured on time completion. This new revenue generating parking structure is for exclusive University use, and will serve students of the CSUN. |
