University, Fullerton Nutwood Parking Structure - Fullerton, California ARB completed this $19 Million, 5-level, 2,500-space Parking Structure in 2004, which aids the University in decreasing the critical parking shortage that it faces. Unique construction challenges, such as site congestion, construction in a fully operational environment, and extensive facade work, have been overcome thorough communication, coordination, and scheduling. The new 608,000-square foot revenue generating parking structure is for exclusive University use, and serves students of CSUF. |
