Ince Boulevard Public
Parking Structure - Culver City, California ARB completed this $11 Million, 800-vehicle, 320,000-square foot facility in 2003. The structure consists of post-tensioned concrete beam and slab construction, with cast-in-place columns and CMU walls, and is of Type I, S-4 Occupancy design. The interior partitions are metal stud framing with gypsum board, CMU walls and painted surfaces, and the exterior partitions are CMU walls, EIFS, cement plaster and painted surfaces. The first level offers 2,300-square feet of shelled retail space with an attendant’s office, washroom, and storage. |
