Pechanga Entertainment
Center Parking Structure - Temecula, California ARB and Delawie Wilkes Rodriguez Barker, along with Choate Parking Consultants and Ficcadenti & Waggoner Engineering, worked together to complete design-build construction of this new, $8 Million, 1,299-vehicle Parking Structure at the Pechanga Casino in March 2002. The facility includes entrance driveway aprons and associated concrete accessible walkways, and is constructed of post-tensioned concrete structural design with concrete ductile frame lateral seismic restraints. The facility has 2 separate Coronado Stone clad, concrete hydraulic elevator towers. |
